Hyrox

The flagship race-format session. Cardio intervals paired with functional stations - sled pushes, lunges and wall balls - exactly as you would meet them on race day.

HYROX Conditioning

Competition-focused training. A focused 45 mins PT-led block that builds the engine and movement quality behind your race result.

Hyrox Youngsters

Age-appropriate functional fitness for young athletes (Ages 7+) Sunday mornings, building confidence and movement skills in a coached, age-appropriate session.
